| Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am a civilian. Can I register a .com, .net or .org website?
Yes. All civilians who pay the registering price fixed by the price list of international domains may register convenient web addresses without restrictions. Bear in mind that you can only register first level addresses, e.g. myname.org. Unfortunately the system does not enable to register domains of next stages, e.g. tom.myname.org. If you want to have such an address, you first have to register a first level domain and then turn to us or to the administrator of the name server.
2. How long does it take to register a domain?
Registering an international domain is momentary. Mind that even though registering a domain is automatic and happens in a moment, it might be not until 24 hours that all the services used on a website (ftp, email, www) begin functioning.
3. I already have an international domain, can I move it to your environment?
Yes, transporting domains to our system in possible. To do that register yourself as a user, log on and use the corresponding function.
4. Is registering a domain name all that is necessary to make my webpage appear on the Internet?
Registering a domain name is enough if you set up the options of the name server and have loaded the contents of the page to the corresponding server. If you decide in favor of the virtual server, then after registering the address you must load the resources using FTP protocol or turn to us with that matter.
5. Can I change the virtual server providers?
Yes. You are independent of our system and the virtual server service providers. If you wish, you may change the service provider and packages but on condition that you have paid the virtual server rent they have fixed.
6. To who will the domain be registered and am I dependent on your administration environment?
You are not dependent on our administration environment, because the web address is registered to the person of your choice and you may freely reregister your address with other service providers.
